A very warm welcome to the Noble Foundation. We are a ‘Charitable Business’ set up by “Noble Manhattan Coaching”, the longest established company that trains Life Coaches and Executive Coaches in the world.
The Noble Foundation has been specifically created to provide Microfinance for small businesses in the third world. Through financial support, training and small loans our mission and aim is to establish, nurture and support small businesses that otherwise may not have the chance to flourish.
By providing the seed finance to fight poverty from the bottom up the Noble Foundation enables entrepreneurial individuals to have access to the funds they need to make a real difference to the lives of those in the local community.
In general the term "foundation" is used to describe a charitable undertaking established by endowment which is essentially a way of ‘giving’. Many famous "foundations" have been set up in the past by single individuals. The Noble Foundation is different however, because the endowment, or financial gift, is provided by many people rather than a single individual. The Noble Foundation has been set up with a very specific aim in mind and one single purpose: to help those who help themselves. We believe that "Charity" has, too often is the past, just meant ‘giving’- and sometimes just giving is simply not enough to establish long term business solutions and change lives.
We favour a subtly different approach which is best described by the old proverb: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for life”.
To achieve our aims we provide ‘micro loans’. In other words a loan that is far too small to be of interest to banking institutions. These loans are specifically designed to help women (and by the way - we ONLY lend to women) to fund and develop a “business enterprise”. The loans we make have no minimum - and the term and interest payable is structured to fit the purpose of the loan.
